About FG Industries

FG Industries is the trading identity of FG USA Sales Corp, an Illinois limited liability company. It is a private holding company that contains, governs, and backs a portfolio of operating subsidiaries. FG Industries itself does not sell, lend, insure, broker, or market products or services to the public; each subsidiary operates under its own brand, terms, and regulatory compliance.
