Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information that FG Industries (FG USA Sales Corp) holds about you, including information we may have received through Meta products (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) or other third-party platforms.

What you can request

You can ask us to delete:

• messages and contact details you sent us;
• profile information we received when you interacted with our official pages or accounts; and
• technical records associated with your interactions, subject to legal retention requirements.

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@fgindustries.net with the following:

• the subject line “Data Deletion Request”;
• the name and platform you used to contact us (for example, your Facebook or Instagram name); and
• a brief description of the data you want deleted.

To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, and we will confirm by email when it is done.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information where the law requires it (for example, for tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes). We will delete or anonymize the rest.

Data held by the platforms

Information held by Meta or other platforms under their own accounts is controlled by those platforms. To remove data there, please also use the platform’s own settings and privacy controls.
